Primary Food Safety and Hygiene Training Course for Food Handlers
EHAI Primary Course in Food Safety – Level 2
There is a legal requirement Regulation (EC) 852/2004 that all food handlers undertake food safety training commensurate to their duties.
The EHOA Primary Course in Food Safety is designed by Environmental Health Officers with practical experience of food safety legislation, training and inspection. It is aligned to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland FSAI Level 2 Guidelines to Food Safety Training.
Objectives
The purpose of this Food Safety and Hygiene training course is to provide learners with an in-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene required to operate a HACCP Food Safety Management system.
